Rahul Gandhi stopped from reaching Jantar Mantar regarding OROP issue

The One Rank One Pension (OROP) issue has created a lot of mayhem as Rahul Gandhi was detained by Delhi Police. He was trying to reach Jantar Mantar but cops have asked him to remain in his car. Section 144 has been imposed at Jantar Mantar and no crowd can assemble there.
