Republic Day 2018: RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat hoists national flag at Palakkad school

Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat on Friday hoisted the national flag at a Palakkad school on India's 69 Republic Day. The Kerala government in its circular had stated that only heads of department offices and educational institutes can hoist the tricolour.
