A gang of six robbers held a security guard hostage at gunpoint till they dislodged an ATM machine of HDFC Bank containing around Rs 20 lakh and fled with it from Nissing village of Karnal district on the night intervening Saturday and Sunday. The police have registered a case against unidentified persons. The incident came to light when the bank officials reached the spot in the morning, following which they informed the police.
