Rs 10 lakh compensation to Farooq Ahmed Dar, human rights commission tells JK govt

The chairmen of Jammu and Kashmir human rights commission on Monday asked the state govt to pay compensation of Rs. 10 lakh to Farooq Ahmed Dar who was used as a “human shield” by an Army officer against stone-pelters. The human rights commission have given six months deadline to pay the compensation price to Farooq.
