Shivraj Singh Chouhan resigns as Madhya Pradesh CM

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Wednesday tendered his resignation to the Governor and decided that the BJP will not stake claim to form a government in the state as they have not secured a majority.
