Himachal Pradesh is all set to witness another spell of snow this week. Shimla Meteorological Centre has issued a yellow warning for low hills and an orange alert for middle and high hills from January 13 to January 17. Most parts of the state, including Kufri and Manali, reeled under sub-zero temperatures, with Keylong in Lahaul and Spiti district recording the lowest temperature at minus 14.3 degrees Celsius.
