Surgical Strike: A brave reply by our heroes to Pak-backed militants

In what could be a proud moment for all the Indian citizens, army personnel on the intervening night of September 28 and 29, 2016, carried out surgical strikes on seven terrorist launch pads across the Line of Control (LoC). The strike was a response to a ghastly terror attack by Pakistan on an army camp in the Uri town of Jammu and Kashmir. The deadly attack by Pakistan had left 19 Indian soldiers dead, leading our brave jawans to destroy the terror launchpads of the Pakistan-backed terrorists and eliminate over 40 terrorists in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).
