System Needs To Be Changed, Says Swati Maliwal On Rape Cases

Swati Maliwal, Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) chief who is set to start indefinite hunger strike demanding change in the system for dealing rape cases, said Modi government should accept her demand. “We need a strong system.
