Tamanche Pe Disco: 2 men brandish guns, indulge in open firing in UP

A video from Uttar Pradesh's Bagpat has gone viral in which two man can be seen indulged in brandishing pistols and open firing. Earlier, one of the man, who has featured in the video, was seen cutting cake by opening fire.
