UP: Assistant teachers’ applicants stage protest, causes traffic snarls in Lucknow

Scores of assistant teachers ‘applicants on Friday staged protest in Lucknow demanding recruitment on the post of assistant teachers in primary schools in Uttar Pradesh. Protestors blocked the road causing massive traffic snarls. Since late August, applicants of assistant teachers post have been intensifying their protest over the alleged irregularities of state’s education department.
