Utkal Express accident: Station master unaware of work in progress on rail track, say sources

In a recent update on Utkal Express accident, the sources said that the station master was unaware of the work in progress on the railway track. More than 23 people were killed and 92 injured after 14 coaches of Haridwar-Puri Utkal Kalinga Express train derailed in Khatauli near Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh on Saturday evening.
