Uttar Pradesh: Fed up with eve teasing, woman commits suicide

A BCA student allegedly committed suicide after she got fed up of facing humiliation due to eve-teasing by two senior students here today, police said on Monday. The woman, aged around 19 years, was a second-year student of Bachelors of Computer Application at the CSJM University here, they said. She hanged herself to the ceiling fan of her house, police said. The woman had told her father that two senior students -- Aniket Pandey and Aniket Dixit -- used to humiliate her daily, said Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Akhilesh Kumar.
