In Uttarakhand's Udhamsinghnagar, a man identified as Dilip Mandal was brutally assaulted by his brother and son. One of their neighbours made a video and posted it on social media. The video has gone viral. On the basis of video, Uttarakhand police have registered an FIR and the investigation is underway.
