Uttrakhand Assembly Elections 2017: Over 39% in U'Khand voting done till 2 PM,

Voting began at 67 seats of Phase 2 of UP Polls on Wednesday. Western UP, going to polls in Phase 2, is the real litmus test for Akhilesh, Mayawati and Modi, as they fight to win over the Muslim majority region. Incumbent CM has the legacy to maintain as the region traditionally favours SP, but Mayawati has been fighting hard to woo Dalit and Muslim voters of the region. PM Modi-led BJP is banking on the Centre’s performance to garner votes.
