Watch: How man snatched gold chain in Ghaziabad market

A miscreant snatched gold chain from a man standing in Ghaziabad market. The accused first observed the victim’s movement than quickly snatched his chain and run before he could have stopped him. The entire incident has been captured by CCTV camera.
