We need to carry out cleansing mission in Kashmir: Defence expert

After 42 CRPF personnel lost their lives in the worst-ever terror strike in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama on February 14, another encounter broke out this morning, leaving 4 soldiers including a Major dead.
