Arun Jaitley, former Union finance minister and a BJP stalwart passed away at Delhi’s All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) on Saturday. He was 66. Jaitley was admitted on August 9 after he complained of breathlessness. Former Parliament speaker Sumitra Mahajan condoled the death of Jaitley. “Recently, we have lost our two important leaders. After Atal Bihari Vajpayee, two eloquent orators Swaraj and Jaitley left us. He was like my brother. I used to tell him that I would steal his shawl,” she added.
