BJP and AAP are afraid of Congress, says Sheila Dikshit

Speaking with News Nation, former Delhi CM Sheila Dikshit said that any seat belongs to the people not to the leaders. On Congress being referred to as the third party, she said, "Let them speak so because they're fearful."
