I-T Dept seizes Rs 15 crore cash in raids in Tamil Nadu’s Namakkal

The Income-Tax Department seized Rs 15 crore cash after series of raids on construction companies in Tamil Nadu’s Namakkal. Officials conducted searches at multiple locations on suspicion of alleged unaccounted cash being pumped in to lure voters in the poll-bound state.
