Manmohan Singh hails Congress manifesto, says it will revive economy

Congress party released its manifesto on Tuesday. While speaking at the launch event, former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh hailed party’s manifesto. “Manifesto spells out a vision of rapidly expanding the economy,” he added. Meanwhile, Congress president Rahul Gandhi targeted PM Modi over several topics. He also challenged PM Modi for an open debate on national security.
