Neither terrorists nor Army aware of Cong's surgical strikes: PM Modi

Addressing a rally in Rajasthan's Sikar, PM Modi took a veiled dig at former PM Manmohan Singh, referring to him as 'Remote Control' of the Gandhi family. PM Modi said, "A senior Congress leader made a statement that during his time several surgical strikes had been conducted and the leaders of the grand old party started celebrating." PM further asked, "What type of surgical strikes it was, neither terrorists nor those who attacked them are aware of it."
