PC Chacko wants alliance with AAP, says Dikshit’s letter against party

Hours after Delhi Congress president Sheila Dikshit reportedly wrote a letter to party chief Rahul Gandhi, state in-charge PC Chacko said that such letter is against the policy of party working committee.
