Rs 40 lakh recovered from biker in Bihar's Muzzaffarpur

In a joint action of police and Income Tax department, Rs 40 lakh has been recovered from a bike in Bihar's Muzzaffarpur. A person has been taken under custody with deliberations underway. It is speculated that the money was meant to be misused in the election.
