SP leader Pooja Pal exudes confidence to defeat Sakshi Maharaj

Speaking to News Nation, Samajwadi Party leader Pooja Pal, who is a contender from Unnao, has exuded confidence to defeat sitting BJP MP Sakshi Maharaj. “It is not the contestant who contests the election but people and people are with me,” she said. SP's decision to give a ticket to Pal from Unnao is bit surprising as its alliance partner BSP Supremo Mayawati had expelled the murdered BSP MLA Raju Pal's wife from her party last year.
