What Meem Afzal said about his wrong prediction of UPA coming to power

Speaking to News Nation, senior Congress leader Meem Afzal said, "I'll apologise for the wrong prediction I made about UPA forming government." He added, "We were not raising questions on EVM, we just pitched for VVPAT counting."
