Why is Rahul in celebratory mood, asks Prasad over his China tweet

Reacting over Congress president Rahul Gandhi’s twitter post over India’s setback at UNSC on JeM chief Masood Azhar, Union Minister Ravi Shakar Prasad questioned Gandhi on why he is so happy. “Why is in Rahul Gandhi in a celebratory mood, when India gets pains,” he asked. “We have political differences and it should be. But, what’s wrong with Rahul Gandhi, why he tries to get headlines in Pakistan,” he added.
