Nation View: Manipuri PhD scholar found dead in Delhi

A 33-year-old man from Manipur was found murdered at his home in Kotla area of south Delhi on late Wednesday evening. The deceased was identified as Zingran Kengoo, a PhD scholar from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS).
