Little Rock night club shooting injures 28; police say no apparent connection to terror

Heavy shooting was witnessed at Arkansas nightclub, USA on Saturday morning around 2:30 A.M. local time. Little rock police said in a statement that 28 people are injured and believed to be stable. The police has also said that they do not believe the shooting to be terror-related. Little rock police chief Kenton Bucknor said that a dispute broke out in a nightclub and led to gunfire.

Moreover, all the people injured in the gunfire are expected to survive.

The youngest person shot is 16-years old.One person was initially listed in critical condition, but later updated to stable, according to cops. Buckner added it was too early to provide details about the suspect but that it was possible there could be multiple suspects."

Certainly during incidents such as this, emotions are very high. We need to be very careful with our words," Buckner said. "This is a blip on the map that we certainly didn't need, considering the history that we've had over the past week."
