New Delhi:
In a display of raw power and brute force, a man from Pakistan weighing an enormous 435kg has stopped a tractor from reversing with his bare hands.
The man with a herculean physique claims to be the world's strongest man.
Video of 25-year-old Arbab Khizer Hayat shows the gentle giant holding a rope attached to a tractor with his bare hands and stopping it from reversing.
Hayat is already known as Pakistan's Hulk and has a clear-cut ambition to become a weightlifting champion.
"My aim to become the champion. I am thankful to God for giving m this body. It is a matter of time before I get into the world weightlifting arena," he said.
He says he doesn't suffer from any health issues because of his weight. "I don't have any medical conditions nor do I feel uncomfortable with my weight. But I have to keep at it if I want to become a world champion strong man," he said.
"I started gaining weight in my teens but I realised that I wanted to get into weightlifting and strongman championships. So I continued to put on weight," he said.
"My immediate goal is to enter World Wresting Entertainment (WWE) competitions. I am looking to meet weight targets and I am consulting doctors to keep nutrition going."
