Brussels:
A bomb blast has been reported at the Brussels Institute of Criminology, without causing casualties. It happened shortly before 02:30 local time (01:30 GMT).
According to a report by a news channel, a car entered the institute's car park and "one or more" suspects reportedly detonated a bomb near the laboratories.
Belgium terror alert level stays at three ever since a bomb attack on Brussels airport, which had killed 32 people and was claimed by Islamic State.
It is still unclear what happened to the suspect.
