Outgoing aide took to his Twitter account and posted that it was time to reveal that humans have met aliens, Metro.co.uk reported.
Believers in UFOs suggest that 2015 might be the year of "disclosure," when governments admit that not only do aliens exist, but they've been in contact with them for years.
