New Delhi:
Dileep K Nair, the youngest chancellor of India, was appointed at North East Frontier Technical University (NEFTU) in West Siang district, Arunachal Pradesh.
State Governor Lt Gen (Retd) Nirbhay Sharma has approved Nair's appointment as the chancellor of the private varsity on March 6 2015.
NEFTU, the first technical university in the state, would start its academic session from May this year.
Dileep K Nair, was born in Tirur in the Kerala and started his career at the age of 24. After completing Post Graduate studies, Nair started own Group of Graduate Level Educational Institutions in Pune, called Institute of Information Technology and Management (IIMT).
He has around 12 years of experience in various Educational Projects in different parts of the country, like, Cochin, Calicut, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Bhopal, Delhi, etc.
He was the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of many other education projects in India, like, IGNOU VIEP Project, CV Raman University, Prestige College Project, MS University Tirunelveli and Enrich Management Academy a well known B-School.
Dileep K Nair is the founder of various MHRD (Govt. of India) approved Professional Bodies like, The Automobile Society India, Institution of Automobile Engineers India, Institution of Electrical Engineers India and The Engineer’s Outlook Magazine, etc.
