Russian President Vladimir Putin on Saturday arrived in Goa for the BRICS summit and was welcomed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The two leaders will hold meeting before the summit to ink 18 defence agreements worth Rs 39,000 crores as a part of 17th India-Russia Annual Summit. Earlier, Brazilian President Michel Temer and South African premier Jacob Zuma also arrived for the summit in Goa on Saturday. Here are the top 5 news of the hour:
