1) Parliament live, Day 12 | Lok Sabha adjourned for the day, Rajya Sabha to reconvene at 2pm

Both Houses of Parliament on Thursday are likely to witness ruckus over Opposition’s dissent on passage of IT law amendment bill with a voice vote, demonetisation and Nagrota attack.

Heavy rush at banks and ATMs is expected to enter round 2 as lakhs of employees across India struggle to deposit or withdraw their salaries. The Pay Day, on December 1, comes with fresh bag of challenges for the Union Government, bank employees, central bank and the people.

The US on Thursday supported India's move of demonetising Rs 500 and Rs 1000 currency notes, saying that it was an "important" and "necessary" step to address corruption.

Ministry of Information and Technology has taken notice of the matter and has asked Twitter to submit details of activities(last 6 days) in Rahul Gandhi's account which was hacked. Earlier Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi on Thursday called twitter account hacking a huge question mark on the digital security of India. 

5) Last rites of Nagrota attack martyrs: Nation bids a tearful adieu

A grief-stricken nation is preparing to bid adieu to the soldiers who laid their lives for India in the terror attack on Nagrota army camp on Tuesday. 

The bodies of the two army officers and five soldiers were flown to their respective homes on Wednesday and their last rites will be performed on Thursday.
