Uttarakhand Chief Justice suspends three lower court judges for misconduct

Nainital:

Uttarakhand High Court Chief Justice KM Joseph has suspended three lower court judges after an enquiry found them guilty of misconduct.

The enquiry into an anonymous complaint of misconduct was carried out by the Registrar General of the High Court Narendra Dutt in compliance with the chief justice’s order.

Following the enquiry, Presiding Officer of Labour Court Haldwani Neetu Joshi was suspended on Monday.

Joint Director of Uttarakhand Judicial and Legal Academy (UJALA) Bhowali, Pradeep Kumar Mani and Judicial Magistrate Haldwani Durga were handed over their suspension orders on Tuesday.
