Actress Genelia Deshmukh was meters away from the bomb blast site when a heavy explosion claimed 30 lives in Bangkok, Thailand. The actress was in Thai capital for an advertisement shoot.
The Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Naa actress immediately took to Twitter to share about the horrific moment.
“Bomb set off just opp the mall we are currently in - can hear the sirens blazing all over- we are safe but feel terrible for the lives lost,” Genelia posted on twitter.

Soon after, fans flooded the actress' account with Tweets asking her to stay safe. Well, in the morning Genelia thanked all for their concerns and informed that she is safe.

The powerful bomb was exploded outside a Hindu temple in a busy area of Bangkok.
The temple, which is dedicated to Lord Brahma, is located on a main road through Bangkok’s commercial hub and is surrounded by three major shopping malls.
