The moment makers of ‘Tamasha’ released first look of the upcoming movie, speculations of it being on the lines of Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani took the driver’s seat.
Now, when the trailer for the film has also been released, here are 10 points which make Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone’s ‘Tamasha’ a bit different act than their then released ‘Yeh Jawani hai Deewani’.
1: Ranbir Kapoor’s character: Instead of being mad carefree bunny, Ranbir’s character is different. He is an engineer and is out for some good time.
2: Deepika is bold in this one: Unlike her shy character in Yeh Jawani hai Deewani, she is in a much bolder avatar in Tamasha.
3: Intimacy: Tamasha trailer promises some must watch intimate scenes which were definitely missing in their last movie.
4: Cool dialogues: Not just cool locations, this one has some chilling dialogues too. For instance, "Jhand Fakir, Suar Ki Aulaad, Marr Ja Saale, Thank You!" One of the Deepika's dialogues from Tamasha.
5: Emotionally High: If you rule on emotions this is the one. Tamasha seems to be more of a emotional trail than Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani.
6: No friendship: ‘Yeh Jawani…’ was more about friends, while in this one friendship is not even a question.
7: Missing co-stars: Focused on just two – Deepika and Ranbir – the film has no list of co-stars building the plot to support the lead characters.
8: Drama bomb: Apart from just being a fun ride, Tamasha seems to be way more too dramatic than Yeh Jawani hai Deewani.
9: A different style of love: The love story may seem like a blend of many, but its different and is never seen before.
10: Imtiaz Ali: Do we need to compare Imtiaz Ali with anyone in this planet. After Rockstar, Ranbir and Imtiaz will definitely come up with something special in Tamasha.
