The video shows new fortified image of the war room of Russian combat forces and portrays a larger than life of President Vladimir Putin.
However, experts believe that Putin is only promoting his symbolism of being a proactive world leader who vows to eliminate terrorism here are some pictures of the war room for you.
The fort shaped building is being seen as Putin’s first step after the Russian charter jet crash which claimed 224 lives.
But what catches the eye is the building itself, which is designed to be a new nerve center for the Russian military that will coordinate military action around the world.
The building will also look after the ballistic missile launches and strategic nuclear deployments.
As the reports suggest, building is roughly the equivalent of the U.S. National Military Command center used by the Pentagon.
