Riya Sen has married her longtime beau Shivam Tewari in Pune in a hush-hush wedding ceremony. The couple tied the knot as per Bengali rituals.

Riya Sen has married her longtime beau Shivam Tewari in Pune in a hush-hush wedding ceremony. The couple tied the knot as per Bengali rituals. According to the media reports, Riya's wedding was a low-key affair and was attended by family and close friends.

Her sister Raima Sen shared the pictures of Riya's traditional Bengali wedding on social networking site Facebook.

In the pictures, the 'Style' actress looks gracious as the typical Bengali bride dressed in red saree, while groom Shivam is seen wearing white kurta along with red dhoti. The newly wed couple is also wearing the mukut and topor, the headgear worn in Bengali weddings.

The couple had performed every wedding ritual, from haldi ceremony to the bride coming with her face covered with paan leaves

Interestingly, it's been a while when the reports of Riya's upcoming marriage had surfaced on the internet.

Riya and Shivam, are said to be dating each other for a while now. In fact, the actress has often shared stunning pictures of their vacations giving some serios relationship goals to other couples.

On the work front, Riya had made her Bollywood debut with 2001 release 'Style'. Later, she was seen in several other movies like 'Qayamat' and 'Jhankaar Beats' as second lead. Riya has also acted in a couple of films down south and in movies made in West Bengal. She will soon be seen in an upcoming web series to be aired on Ekta Kapoor's Alt Balaji.
