Heavy rains have lashed Mumbai and adjoining Navi Mumbai and Thane regions on Tuesday causing three deaths, which also included two minors in two separate house collapse incidents in suburban Vikroli, police said. Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra has urged everyone to be safe.
