Kangana Ranaut’s brother Aksht got engaged to his long-time girlfriend Ritu in an intimate ceremony in the presence of their families and close friends. The big news was shared by Kangana’s Rangoli Chandel on Twitter along with happy pictures of the family. “Dear friends please bless them for their new beginnings,” she captioned a picture of Aksht and his fiance Ritu. In another picture, Rangoli praised the beauty of her to-be sister-in-law. “Ritu looked gorgeous,” she wrote.
In the pictures, the bride-to-be Ritu was looking resplendent in her onion pink colour saree with a heavily embroidered blouse. On the other hand, groom Aksht was seen wearing a cream colour kurta pyjama paired with pistachio colour embroidered waistcoat. Kangana looked regal in a Benarasi sari in champagne gold colour. She paired it with a powder pink coloured blouse and stunning choler necklace, which added contrast to her look.

Earlier this week, Rangoli had revealed that Aksht is the first person in the family to have an 'inter-caste marriage'. ''Friends are asking if Ritu is pahadi, no she is from Haryana, she is from Jaat community and we are Rajputs, first inter caste marriage of our family, didn’t I tell you all Aksht is a rule breaker,'' she wrote.
On the work front, Kangana is currently busy prepping up for former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa’s biopic Thalaivi. Besides, she is also gearing up for the release of Ashwiny Tiwari Iyer’s Panga which will hit the theatres in January next year. Apart from this, Kangana will also be seen in Razneesh Razy Ghai’s upcoming directorial Dhaakad which is said to be one of a kind female-oriented action movie.
