Remember television actor Ashok Saraf who played the role of Anand Mathur in Zee TV's popular show 'Hum Paanch'? Well, the veteran actor is back in the headlines after the rumours of his death surfaced the internet. It was reported that the actor, who played key role in movies like 'Singham', 'Jodi No.1', 'Yes Boss' etc, breathed his last lately.
The reports indeed left the tinselvile appalled. However, contrary to the reports, Ashok Saraf's has rubbished the rumours and assured that the actor is hail and hearty.
"This rumour is completely baseless. It is his birthday in fact on 4th of June," she told an entertainment portal.

Interestingly, he isn't the first celebrity who has been a target of a death hoax. It's been a couple of days that television actress Shweta Tiwari too fell victim of such rumours.
Besides, Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Fareeda Jalal too were targeted with such reports with turned about to be rumours.
