SSC CGL Notification 2019 has been released, and all who were waiting anxiously for the SSC CGL application can now go through the details such as Exam Pattern, Eligibility, Application Process and Selection Process in this article. SSC CGL Recruitment drive is being conducted for the Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ posts in various departments and ministries in Government of India organizations. The SSC CGL 2019 Application Process has started and candidates can start filling the application for SSC CGL 2019 Exam. All candidates who wish to apply for SSC CGL 2019 Application need to go through the official website of SSC CGL 2019, i.e. ssc.nic.in. Apart from this, candidates must make sure to go through the SSC CGL 2019 Eligibility and SSC CGL 2019 Exam pattern carefully before applying.

It is to note that the last date to fill the application form for SSC CGL Recruitment process 2019 is November 25, 2019. In addition, the SSC CGL 2019 Selection procedure comprises SSC CGL Tier I exam, SSC CGL Tier II Exam, Tier III and Tier IV exams. It is to note that the SSC CGL Tier I is going to be conducted from March 2 to March 11 in online mode and the Tier II & Tier III exam are likely to be held between June 22 to June 25, 2020. The dates of SSC CGL Tier IV exam will be released later by the commission. Importantly, the minimum SSC CGL 2019 Eligibility Criteria is Graduation in the respective subject.

SSC CGL 2019: Eligibility Criteria

In order to apply for the post of Assistant Audit Officer / Assistant Audit Officer, candidates need to have Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university. In addition, for the post of Junior Statistical Officer, candidates need to have Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with 60% marks in class 12th mathematics subject or Bachelor’s degree with statistics as one of the main subjects.

For all the other posts, candidates need to have Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognised university. Candidates in their final year of Graduation can also apply for the SSC CGL 2019 Exam.

SSC CGL 2019: Exam Pattern

The SSC CGL Tier 1 exam will be an objective type online based paper that will comprise 100 questions from the sections of Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude and English Comprehension.

The SSC CGL Tier II exam will also be Computer Based Test and include questions from the sections of English Language & Comprehension, Quantitative Aptitude, Statistics and General Studies.

The SSC CGL Tier III Exam is a descriptive paper and will be conducted in offline (Pen and Paper) mode. The paper will comprise questions on Letter writing, Application Writing, Essay Writing, etc.

The SSC CGL Tier IV exam will be a Computer Skill Test followed by Document Verification Round.

SSC CGL 2019: Application Process

All eligible and interested candidates can apply for the SSC CGL exam through online mode by visiting the official website of SSC, i.e. ssc.nic.in, latest by November 25, 2019.
