UKSSSC JE Recruitment Process 2020 has been postponed due to Coronavirus outbreak. According to the official notification released on the official website of Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission, the recruitment process for the position of Junior Engineer has been postponed. Earlier, the recruitment notification was released to fill 121 vacant positions of Junior Engineer. In view of COVID-19, the commission has taken the taken the decision to postpone the recruitment process.
Earlier, UKSSSC started the online application process for the post of Junior Engineer on March 3, 2020 and the last date to fill the application was April 2, 2020. However, seeing the outbreak of COVID-19 and current situation of the country, the commission has postponed the UKSSSC JE Application 2020.

Candidates with Diploma or Degree in the concerned subject from a recognized university were able to apply for the post of Junior Engineer. In addition to that, candidates in the age group of 21 to 42 years were able to apply for the respective posts. Meanwhile, CBSE, ICSE and many State Board Exams are postponed due to the outbreak of Coronavirus.
Competitive exams such as UPSC Civil Services Personality Test, UPPSC BEO Exam and SSC Exams are postponed due to the pandemic COVID-19 that has affected everyone in some way or the other.
