Pakistan on Thursday violated ceasefire in Poonch's Krishna Ghati sector in Jammu and Kashmir. One soldier and one civilian lost their lives in ceasefire violation.

On June 12, Pakistani Army violated ceasefire along LoC in Krishna Ghati at 6:20 AM in Jammu and Kashmir. The Indian Army retaliated to the unprovoked firing.
The Pakistani troops initiated indiscriminate firing of small arms, automatics and mortars in Krishna Ghati sector.
