New Delhi:
Mumbai Police arrested a woman for contracting her own son and his friends to murder her youngest son, who repeatedly sexually assaulted her and several other relatives.
According to a senior police official of Thane Police, the woman got her son killed as he was regularly sexually assaulting her and maintaining sexual relations with multiple women.
"The woman told us that she planned to kill her son as she was tired of the regular sexual harassment,” said a senior police officer.
The fact surfaced up after the woman was detained on Sunday. The woman has been identified as Rajani
Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP), Palghar, Raj Tilak Roshan told the media that the police had recovered a body of a 22-year-old youth with slit throat from the outskirts of Gokhivare village in Vasai under Waliv Police station jurisdiction.

During course of investigation they identified the victim has Ramcharan Dwivedi from the tattoos embedded with his and mother’s name.
“We called the woman to identify the victim but she bluntly denied to identify the body,” added the ASP.
Another police official of Waliv police station said that her behaviour was bit suspicious.
“During investigation we learnt that the woman had lied initially and she hired her son from first marriage and his friends for Rs 50,000 to kill her youngest son,” added the ASP.

The ASP added that the woman was detained and during questioning she accepted the crime and told the police that he was living in a rented home with a woman but had not married her.
“The woman told us that her son was also maintaining sexual relationships with others too. She planned the murder after Dwivedi recently molested a relative,” added the ASP.
The ASP added that all accused in the crime have been arrested.
