New Delhi :
Days after storming a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) camp, terrorists on Tuesday evening attacked a police station in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama.
According to the initial reports, 2-3 terrorists started indiscriminate firing and tried to enter inside the local Police Station.
A policeman at the gate retaliated strongly and didn't let the terrorists succeed in their evil designs.
After a brief gun battle that lasted for 6-7 minutes, terrorists fled from the spot. Following the attack, security forces launched a Corden and Search Operation (CASO) in the area to nab the attackers.
In the entire incident, no loss of life or injury reported.
The attack came only two days after the heavily armed militants launched a pre-dawn suicide attack on a CRPF camp in Pulwama district of south Kashmir on Sunday.
In the cowardly attack, five CRPF personnel including one officer were martyred and three others were seriously injured.
Security forces killed three terrorists including a class 10th student from Jammu and Kashmir after a two-day long operation.
