Kings XI Punjab is all geared up to host their final match at the home ground in Indore at the Holkar Cricket Stadium against the Royal challengers Bangalore.

At the Points table, Kings XI Punjab are at the third spot while Royal Challengers Bangalore are at the seventh with 12 and 8 points respectively.

Since last few games, things have been going south for the Kings XI Punjab.

In the first six matches, Ashwin’s team managed to win five games after which they were at the top of the Standings and has won just one game in the last five matches leading them into survival race.

Meanwhile, Royal Challengers Bangalore are also struggling in this season and will be knocked out of the tournament if they lose another game.

Talking about key batsmen on both sides, Kings XI Punjab has in-form KL Rahul and Chris Gayle in the squad who can change the fate of the game with their powerful knocks while Royal Challengers Bangalore has Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers who has performed outstandingly in the past as well.

One of the leading wicket-takers of the season comes from the Kings XI Punjab squad such as Andrew Tye who is also the current holder of the Purple cap and Mujeeb ur Rahman who has scalped 14 wickets so far.

Royal Challengers Bangalore has Yuzvendra Chahal and Umesh Yadav in the squad, who are leading wicket-takers and the team’s most economical bowlers as well.

Match Predictions- On papers, Kings XI Punjab and Royal Challengers Bangalore has played 21 matches, out of which KXIP has won 12 and RCB managed to clinch just nine games.

However, in the last match played between the two team in season 11, Royal Challeners Bangalore defeated Kings XI Punjab at their home ground in Bangalore by four wickets.

The Holkar Cricket Stadium is one of the high scoring ground and is considered batsmen friendly pitch.

In the last three matches played at the stadium, 60 sixes and 88 fours have been hit by the batsmen.
