Although the move completely depends on Antonio Conte’s future, with former Barcelona boss, Luis Enrique touted as favourite to take over the managerial spot.

Henrichs, who is primarily a full back has impressed with his versatility and have excelled in different positions this season.

A Leverkusen youth product, Henrichs can play on either flank and can take up the role of a midfielder if needed.

The full back has struggled with injuries this season but has impressed when fit.

Chelsea currently have Marcos Alonso, Cesar Azpilicueta, Davide Zappacosta and Victor Moses as their full back options.

Although reports suggest that Barcelona could move for Alonso, who has impressed with his attacking abilities this season and have grabbed a spot in the PFA Premier League Team of the Year.
