New Delhi:
At least 20 people were killed and 30 injured in an explosion in front of Jawadia Mosque in Afghanistan's Herat city, the police said.
As per media reports, the blast took place late in the evening and 20 bodies have been brought to the hospital. The incident happened in a Shite mosque.
The people of the Shite community are the minority in Afghanistan and they often targeted by the ISIS operatives in the region.

It is said that the two attackers had detonated bombs in the mosque which led the incident.
